As parents, we understand the frustration of dealing with diaper rash, and we're sharing your comments with our Safety Team. New pampers are AWFUL
I have been using pampers swaddlers since my son was born in July 2021 and I loved them. I just opened a new box today and the new pampers swaddlers are awful. They aren’t soft. They smell awful and they feel super cheap. I want a refund these are terrible!

Our Swaddlers diapers were upgraded to provide a more cushiony feel, with Ultra-Soft absorbent layers that help protect skin from wetness & irritation, and we expect them to be in perfect condition when you receive them. New version is terrible
Please bring back the previous version of these diapers - the new ones are terrible! Less absorbent and they leak!! These used to be my favorite diapers!

The upgrades to our Swaddlers diapers shouldn't affect the quality of protection your baby receives, and we take feedback like this seriously. Size and fit play a major role in ensuring your little one gets the leak-proof fit they need, and our diapers are organized by weight. While your baby should be within the weight range for the size you are using, we've found that about 30% of babies are in the wrong diaper size. Also, if this is a stage where your baby is producing more urine than usual, more frequent changes may be necessary. We'd like a chance to learn more about your experience and assist you further. Pampers swaddlers
As a parent of a premature baby, finding diapers that actually fit and protect delicate skin has been a challenge — until we tried Pampers Swaddlers P1. These diapers are specially made for preemies under 6 lbs, and the difference shows. The fit is snug without being tight, with gentle elastic around the legs that helps prevent leaks. The softness is incredible — the inside feels almost like fabric, which is perfect for sensitive newborn skin. The wetness indicator line is a small but really useful touch, letting us know exactly when it’s time for a change without having to guess. They’re also thin and breathable, which keeps our baby comfortable and avoids bulk under tiny clothes. Despite their lightness, they hold up well overnight and during longer naps, with minimal leaks. If you have a premature or very small newborn, Pampers Swaddlers P1 are a lifesaver — soft, absorbent, and thoughtfully designed for the tiniest babies. Switching companies immediately
Baby itches from these and leaves scratch marks. This is recent with new tan/yellow label. Had a box of old (bright yellow) and symptoms went away. They are back again(tan label)Switching diapers immediately
