Pampers Club is a loyalty program available via a mobile app, that can be downloaded for Android or iPhone. Collect and redeem Pampers Cash to get items from our catalog for you and your little one. You’ll get $0.20 Pampers Cash for every diaper code you enter and $0.05 Pampers Cash for every wipes code you enter.

Yes, if you have already created an account on Pampers.ca you can use the same login details (email and password) in the app. You will need to download the app from Google Play or the App Store.
Scan your codes found in Pampers products.
Every time you purchase a Pampers product, open the app and scan the in-pack codes. For certain wipes products, manually enter the code found on the bottom of the pack.
Codes should be added instantaneously, but certain bonuses may take 24 hours to be awarded.
Pampers Rewards codes are easy to find!
Inside each package of Pampers diapers or Easy Ups you'll find a small white label with your Pampers Rewards code.
Wipes codes are printed directly onto the packaging.

2. Start Submitting Codes
Submitting your code is easy from your mobile device with the Pampers Rewards app

Get the app here or search your phone's app store for Pampers Rewards.
Once you download the app, you only need to sign in and you are ready to start scanning. Pampers Rewards points will be automatically added to your account.
Click Sign In and then click the Forget Password link. Enter your registered email address and an email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to your email inbox.
If you do not receive this password reset email, please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folders or Social/Promotions inboxes.
Visit our Pampers Club catalog to browse through the list of rewards available to you. You will also find the amount of Pampers Cash needed to redeem each of our rewards.

Inside each package of Pampers diapers or training pants you'll find a small white label with your Pampers Club code. Wipes codes are printed directly onto the pack. Here are some additional tips for finding the codes.
Diapers or Pants Bag: The Pampers Club code sticker is glued inside the bag. If it's not visible, turn the bag inside out.
Diapers or Pants Box: The Pampers Club code stickers are inside each of the bags within the box. If the stickers aren't visible, turn the bags inside out. Be sure to enter the code from each bag to earn all your points!
Wipes : For individual refills or soft packs, codes are on the outside of each package or under the back seam of the soft pack. Be sure to look on all sides as the Pampers Club codes may not always be in the same place.
For multi-packs: each pouch has a Pampers Rewards code. Be sure to enter the code from each bag to earn all your Pampers Cash!
Your Pampers Cash will not expire as long as you remain an active member. If your account is inactive for more than 12 months, then you will lose your Cash. So make sure you enter codes regularly and redeem your rewards!
If you redeemed a non-digital item such as a gift card, please allow 4-6 weeks for your Rewards order to arrive. Although it may not take that long, we can’t guarantee you’ll receive it sooner than that time.
Details of your order can be found in the confirmation email you were sent. Unfortunately, we're unable to re-send your confirmation email so please ensure you keep this email in a safe place.

You cannot transfer Pampers Cash from one Pampers account to another. However, you can transfer your points to a new email address if the new email address isn't already registered on the Pampers Rewards site. Contact us to
You can update your Pampers account details inside the app (Profile Settings) or on the Pampers website www.pampers.ca/en-ca/login, go to the My Account menu in the upper right corner of the screen and click on Edit Profile. From there, you’ll be directed to a page where you can update your profile information such as your mailing address and birth dates. You can also reset your password on this page.
