1. Sweepstakes Timing:

The Pampers Canada Instagram Sweepstakes (the “ Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 24, 2027 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). There will be five (5) drawings during the Sweepstakes Period. Each drawing has its own entry period (each, a “Drawing Period”), as set out in the table below. Entries submitted outside of a Drawing Period will not be eligible. Entries do not carry over from one Drawing Period to another; entrants must enter separately during each Drawing Period to be eligible for that drawing. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Drawing #1: The Drawing Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on November 9, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 19, 2026. Three (3) winners will be selected on or about November 23, 2026.

Drawing #2: The Drawing Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on January 11, 2027, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 21, 2027. One (1) winner will be selected on or about January 25, 2027.

Drawing #3: The Drawing Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on February 15, 2027, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 25, 2027. One (1) winner will be selected on or about February 26, 2027.

Drawing #4: The Drawing Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on April 12, 2027, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 22, 2027. One (1) winner will be selected on or about April 26, 2027.

Drawing #5: The Drawing Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on June 14, 2027, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 24, 2027. Three (3) winners will be selected on or about June 28, 2027.

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Canada, including Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Entrants entering via Instagram must have a valid Instagram account set to public. Employees of Procter & Gamble Inc. (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, including Topbox Inc. (“Administrator”), and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

a. Enter via Instagram: During a Drawing Period: (i) log in to your Instagram account (if you do not have an Instagram account, you may create one for free at www.instagram.com); (ii) follow @pamperscanada; (iii) locate the Sponsor’s official Sweepstakes post for that Drawing Period on the @pamperscanada Instagram account (the “Sweepstakes Post”); and (iv) post a comment on the Sweepstakes Post telling us what you love about Pampers and tag (@mention) a parent in the same comment. Upon completing all of the above steps, you will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for that Drawing Period. Each separate comment that meets all of the above requirements will receive one (1) entry. Tagging another Instagram user does not enter the tagged user into the Sweepstakes. You must have the permission of any person you tag. Comments must be your own original content, must not contain any content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party, and must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any comment and disqualify any entrant that it determines, in its sole discretion, does not comply with these Official Rules.

b. Enter by Mail (No Instagram Account Required): During a Drawing Period, hand print your first and last name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address, month and year of birth, and a short statement describing what you love about Pampers on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Pampers Canada Instagram Sweepstakes, c/o Topbox Marketing, 33 Melford Dr, Unit 6, Scarborough, ON M1B 2G6. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during a Drawing Period and received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that Drawing Period to be eligible for that drawing. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible.

All entries received via mail will have the same chance of winning as entries received via Instagram. There is no limit on the number of entries an entrant may submit during a Drawing Period, by any method of entry. Any attempt by any entrant to enter by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

4. Privacy: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by Sponsor, Administrator and their agents for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, including winner selection, verification, and prize fulfillment. Trust is a cornerstone of Sponsor’s corporate mission and the success of its business depends on it. 5. Random Drawings: On the drawing dates set out in the table in Section 1, Administrator will select the number of potential winners indicated for the applicable Drawing Period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Drawing Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Drawing Period. Drawings will be conducted by Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

6. Winner Notification: Potential winners who entered via Instagram will be notified by direct message from the official @pamperscanada Instagram account; potential winners who entered by mail will be notified by email. Potential winners will be directed to contact Administrator to confirm eligibility and provide the information required for prize fulfillment. Before being declared a winner, each potential winner must: (a) respond to the notification and contact Administrator within three (3) business days of notification; (b) correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and (c) sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release and, except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) within two (2) business days of receipt. The Declaration will be sent via Instagram direct message at the time of notification (or by email, together with the notification, for potential winners who entered by mail). If a potential winner fails to respond or contact Administrator within the required time, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, fails to return the completed Declaration within the required time, if the notification or Declaration is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is otherwise found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected, time permitting. If a winner for a Drawing Period cannot be confirmed within thirty (30) days of the applicable drawing, the prize will go unawarded. Sponsor will only contact potential winners from the official, verified @pamperscanada Instagram account or by email from Administrator, and will never ask for payment, banking or credit card information, or account passwords. Please report any suspicious accounts to Instagram.

7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): A total of nine (9) prizes will be awarded across the five (5) drawings, as follows (all values in Canadian dollars):

Drawing #1: Three (3) prizes are available, each consisting of approximately a six (6) month supply of Pampers diapers and wipes, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of CAD $500 per prize.

Drawing #2: One (1) prize is available, consisting of approximately a six (6) month supply of Pampers diapers and wipes (ARV CAD $500), plus one (1) CAD $500 digital Mastercard e-gift card (ARV CAD $500), for a total ARV of CAD $1,000.

Drawing #3: One (1) prize is available, consisting of approximately a one (1) year supply of Pampers diapers and wipes, with an ARV of CAD $1,000.

Drawing #4: One (1) prize is available, consisting of approximately a one (1) year supply of Pampers diapers and wipes, with an ARV of CAD $1,000.

Drawing #5: Three (3) prizes are available, each consisting of approximately a six (6) month supply of Pampers diapers and wipes, with an ARV of CAD $500 per prize.Total: Nine (9) prizes are available, with a combined ARV of CAD $6,000.

Product Prizes: The quantity, sizes and product types comprising each “six (6) month” or “one (1) year” supply of Pampers diapers and wipes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on the ARV stated above, and may take into account size information provided by the winner. Product prizes will be fulfilled on Sponsor’s behalf by Fraser Direct (“Fulfillment Agent”). Each winner will receive their full product prize at one time, in a single shipment to the winner’s mailing address in Canada; prizes will not be delivered in installments. The digital Mastercard e-gift card included in the Drawing #2 prize is not fulfilled by Fulfillment Agent and will be delivered separately to the winner’s email address, as described below. Actual value of product prizes may vary based on retail pricing at the time of award; any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded.

Gift Card Prize (Drawing #2 only): The $500 CAD digital Mastercard e-gift card will be delivered directly to the email address provided by the confirmed winner on the Declaration within approximately two (2) weeks following winner confirmation. The e-gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer, including any expiration dates and applicable fees, is not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization after delivery. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for e-gift cards that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or inactive email address provided by the winner, or that are filtered as spam. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household during the entire Sweepstakes Period. All expenses and costs not expressly listed above are solely the responsibility of the winner. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize (or portion of prize) will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, and in such circumstance, an alternate prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value (as determined solely by Sponsor) will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner and void any prize that appears to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize (or portion thereof). Prizes and each component thereof are awarded “as is” without any warranty of any kind, except as required by law. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name, Instagram handle, city/province of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Any applicable taxes related to a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and French versions of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail, govern and control, to the extent permitted by law. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor accepts no liability for printing errors on material(s) distributed for this Sweepstakes, nor will any responsibility be taken for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries, or for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, including the Instagram platform, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes, or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Instagram entry, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter. Proof of sending or posting an entry does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such entry. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, in which case a notice will be posted online and a random drawing to award the applicable prize(s) will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes or disqualify any entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”).

By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes. Entrants must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Administrator, not to Instagram or Meta.

9. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Except where prohibited by law, entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario and agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event legal fees; and (c) entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. Nothing in this section limits any rights of Quebec residents under the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) or other applicable law that cannot be waived.
