Diaper quality TANKED
I was a dedicated pampers parent and swore by the product and would be upset if I had to use another brand because I depended on the absorbency and comfort. I bought my restock today and opened them to find they feel 80% thinner rough to the touch and absolutely no longer leak proof . I bought the right size and same diaper as I usually do so it's definitely not user error. These are awful I cannot put my baby back in them. Hate to say it but will be boycotting

Please know that all our diapers undergo numerous quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In January of 2025, there were a series of updates, such as a new softer feel outer cover to provide a softer feel on baby's skin, and we’re sorry to learn that wasn’t the case with your recent purchase. As you know, babies come in all different shapes and sizes, so diapers fit every baby differently. Our diaper sizes are organized by weight, and since no two babies are the same shape, you will notice some overlap between sizes. They changed the diapers without making it clear!
We had a stock pile of pure diapers because we swore by them, we finally get to our last box and we knew something is different about them, but couldn’t tell what. After a day or so of use, our baby started getting a rash. We used medicine and moved on, but it just kept getting worse and worse, even after consistently using medicine. The n we realized the only different thing was this bye box of diapers. I found an old diaper and the difference is astonishing. The old one has no smell and is soft. These new ones have a strong odor and feel like paper in comparison. My baby now has the worst rash and we had to switch diapers, hoping it goes away soon, but it is bad, with open sores and everything! My 11 year old could tell the difference without me saying anything. Worst thing is I can’t find any information stating that there was a change in the formula.

New version is CHEAP
These new version is absolutely terrible. I received a box from my shower three months ago and liked them, so I bought two big boxes yesterday. They are completely different now. As others have said, dooo thin and the scratchiest diaper I’ve ever felt. Typically I hate waste, but I can’t put these on my baby. And for a more premium version, so disappointing that they’re worse than cheapies. Won’t buy Pampers again.

Earlier this year, we did make some updates to our Pampers Pure, however, these changes include a softer outer cover and inner liner, along with a more cushiony feel. Inconsistency in pampers pure
I was gifted 2 boxes of pampers pure in size 2. The first box I LOVED. Decided pampers were for me even tho I was set on Huggies when I started my registry. Went through my first box and upon opening the second box the diapers are rough, they are so thin they seem like they are missing a whole layer and they don’t fit well. I’m not going to continue even using the box I have. I am saddened by this because I loved the fit of the first box for my son. Guess I’m switching back to Huggies or Millie moon again.

Pampers Pure - Baby Proof & Dog Proof
We love the Pure line over the swaddlers! No pampers diaper smell, no circle marks left on bum, and they don’t contain xylitol which is a common toxin in diapers (bad for dogs). My pup ate an unused diaper and and we were fortunate to not have to also worry about poisoning . Wedding experience any more or less leaks at night than we do with overnight diapers. We don’t have leaks during day . And these diapers have good stretch for my 99-% bay!
